Often considered a more elegant and approachable counterpart to Barolo, Barbaresco was long seen as its lesser alternative. However, visionary producers like Angelo Gaja redefined its reputation, showcasing the unique expression of the terroir and elevating it to global acclaim.
This renaissance paved the way for a new wave of exceptional small-scale producers, including Moccagatta, Sottimano, and many others, who continue to shape the region’s legacy.

PRIVATE AND SHARED TOURS
• Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the tour date: no penalty will be charged.
• Cancellations made between 48 hrs and 14 days prior to the tour date: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the tour date: 80% of the total amount will be charged.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the total amount.
Children on PRIVATE TOURS
- Children between 4-16 yrs, we will calculate the cost of the tour according to the number of adults, plus € 50 per child (this cost, of course, doesn't include the wine tasting)
- Infants between 1-3 yrs are free. Children's seat will be provided for upon request.
