Cancellation Policy

All tours require a guarantee.

PRIVATE AND SHARED TOURS

• Cancellations prior 14 days the date have no penalty charged.
• Cancellations prior 48 hrs the tour date are charged
• 50% of the full amount.
• Cancellations with less then 48 hrs notice the tour date are charged 80% of the full amount.
• We charge in full for no shows.

SHARED AND PRIVATE PACKAGE TOURS

Cancellation charges payable to ITALY AND WINE are calculated on time prior to departure as follows:

• Up to 90 days before departure date: deposit
• 80 – 71 days before departure date: 35% of tour cost
• 70 – 51 days before departure date: 55% of tour cost
• 50 – 31 days before departure date: 75% of tour cost
• 30 days before departure date: 100% of tour cost.
