What a wonderful birthday I had in charming Montalcino in great company ! Andrea was a joy & very knowledgeable about wine & the region. Fortunate to share this day with another great couple . All on the hunt for my Ferragamo & enjoying fantastic wines along the way! Met both winemakers & enjoyed all the wines. Highly recommend

We had a fantastic day on the Brunello Big Red tour with Andrea. The whole experience completely exceeded our expectations. Andrea was the perfect guide for the day: knowledgeable, engaging, friendly, and enthusiastic about the people, the culture and the wine. We learned so much over the course of the day, visiting two excellent, yet very different wineries. Highly recommended!

Wow. One of the best tours my wife and I have ever been on. For those of you who want an intimate, engaging, and personalized experience - this is a must book. While waiting to meet the guide, you will see massive wine tasting tour groups leave with big busses of 20+ tourists. You will be thankful that this will not be your experience. Our guide picked us up in his car and brought us to wineries that we would have never found on our own. Each tasting was personalized and did not have another tourist in sight. Andrea's (our guide) connections to the wineries gave us a personalized experience. This includes a private tour of a vineyard by the owner of the property and not one of his staff members. We were able to taste and learn about many high end wines in the region. We also had the luxury of shipping cases of wine home direct from the wineries, in a no pressure atmosphere. For those of you with a genuine love for wine, this is your tour. The quality of wines, knowledge of the guide, and intimate setting will reinforce that you made the right choice by selecting this tour.

The perfect day to explore the  Brunello di Montalcino wine growing region! My friend and I vacationed in Italy and while in Florence took the Big Red tour.  Our host/guide Matteo was fabulous.  Not only, as a sommelier and Tuscan native,  was he able to teach us about the wines and their features, but he also gave us knowledge of the rich Tuscan heritage and food.   The wineries we visited were wonderful and the food we had at lunch was amazing.  A great day and highly recommended.

Pierpaolo was an awesome tour guide! We were fortunate to have him to ourselves that morning to lead this beautiful Brunello di Montalcino wine tour. Having his knowledge of not only the wines (he is on his way to becoming a sommelier) but the region, Italian history, and other fun facts really enriched our experience on the tour. We stopped at two Brunello wineries - one medium-sized and one smaller. It definitely helped that we had done other wine tours and tastings in the past, as Brunello is grown and aged with higher standards than most other wines. We learned a lot, and more deeply appreciate why Brunello is both so delicious but also more expensive than other wines imported here to the States. It will change your views on wine and allow you to appreciate them more. Also, the three-course lunch at the second winery was to die for! The fettuccine with boar and beef ragu was perfect. And the view was amazing as well. We hung out, sipped some wine, walking into the 'strawberry grape' room/ No further description, just do it. Worth the trip no matter how many days you are spending in the Tuscan area.

We recently took the Brunello Wine Tour with Italy and Wine. It was the best wine tour we have ever experienced! Matteo was our guide, and he was outstanding. He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. All of the guides from Italy and Wine are sommeliers who will tailor your experience to your level of interest. We learned so much in our day with Matteo and visited three different wineries with different production methods which were so interesting. We had an incredible lunch at the second winery and tasted delicious wines and olive oils throughout the day. It was an unforgettable day! We highly recommend Italy and Wine!

My wife and I did the Brunello Montalcino wine tour leaving from Florence and had an amazing time! It was interesting getting to stop at a family-owned winery and also see a bigger more commercialized one and how they differ in production and size. The food on the tour was some of the best we’ve had in Italy and all the wines were top tier as well. Over guide, Pierpaolo was great and gave us some restaurant recommendations for after the tour which turned out to also be some of the best food we had in Florence! Would definitely book again!
